Which would be better for weight loss - Green smoothie fasting or Juice feasting? Why? I'm trying so hard to take this all in - haha

Don't fast just to lose weight. Just eat raw, eat raw, eat raw!!!!
If the weight is in your colon -- and you have a pooch -- at least including lots of green smoothies in your day (or even one big one every day) would help to move that along! And then you'd be losing weight by default... But the raw diet is a good LONG-TERM strategy to gain health and lose weight. Short-term strategies sometimes just muck up your metabolism...
That's my two cents, anyways. I didn't even know I had weight to lose and lost weight just by going "100% raw" (precluding some possibly non-raw spices). It was all just waste, for the most part. Ick. :eek:

Just eat raw, eventually if you need to revise your diet you will be able to tell by how you feel but at first I'd just go raw and not worry about the specifics but I would like to say green smoothies help a lot.

raw raw raw!!!!!!!!!!!! eat raw for health and weight release.
fast or feast for detox and cleansing.
