Asian Pears!

Wow, I can't believe I've never had the pleasure of eating one before today. They're great. So sweet. A cross between an apple and pear. Any ideas of how to incorporate them in some recipes??

I just use them as I would apples...or pears! LOVE 'em in fruit salads! & juicing 'em is great, too!
I would say do something with them that features their taste, not blends it in, to really enjoy it...like a fruit salad with LOTS of it, & maybe just a few grapes, berries, etc.

My daughter says they taste like BUBBLE GUM! (She's had so little of it in her life, it's taste is like a distant memory to her, but that's why she LOVES 'em!
