I'm thinking about getting a juicer, but I keep reading all these threads about fasting/feasting... will I still get the benefits of juicing if I just incorporate it into the rest of my raw diet?

Lots of people juice in addition to eating solid food and they are fine. (I'm not sure what specific benefits you are looking for here).

lizzyrose,
My hubby and I incorporate juicing in our day all the time. We have an abundance of veggies in our garden right now, and it is an awesome way to utilize our fresh veggies!
Yes, you will definitely still get the benefits. We gets lots of vitamins and minerals each time we choose to incorporate juicing into our day!
Blessings and peace,
Marcia

Thanks.. I guess I should explain a little more about my situation. I've been dealing with a lot of fatigue, brain fog, headaches -- although those have pretty much gone away since taking all preservatives out of my diet. It's been suggested that my body doesn't really use the nutrients that I'm taking in, so I figure juicing would help that, but right not I'm not sure I'm ready to just juice... I still like the idea of getting fiber from smoothies and whole foods.

If you are juicing as a source of easily digested nutrition, then you will probably experience benefits. It will help you even if you still eat solid food.
