and am just wondering if I should increase my food intake a little more while doing this over the next month. I know I should eat when hungry and all, but I do not eat that much in the first place as it doesn't take a lot to fill me, and I would like some guidance in this area. It would be greatly appreicated. I am increasing my workouts to 90 minutes of cardio 6x a week and my weight training will still be at 30-40 minutes 3x a week. I've decided to go for the gusto and get in tip top shape before our trip to Phoenix, and then while there, I can still stay in shape. I just won't be in my peak - but at least I'll still be in shape.

hello Livenraw,

It makes sense that if you are going to be needing more energy you should intake more food. Especially fruit, both fresh and dried but especially fresh fruit. This will not only give you more energy but add no weight to your frame.

Peace.
