I wanted to pass along some exciting information about Gratitude to you. It's a program called Go Gratitude! -- it's designed to inspire and get your spirit aligned with practicing gratitude. It sounds really cool and I'm ready to try it. I discovered it on another raw website...I signed up and am going to do it. Basically they email you daily with an inspirational message geared towards helping you focus on being grateful. I think it will compliment my goals and focusing on eating high raw very well. I know. This posting isn't meant to start a new thread. It's to share a 42 day gratitude plan...for anyone who's interested. Just passing on the power, joy and enthusiasm.

Very interesting video...brings alot of things up I learned in Shamanism (anthro). That symbol also turns up in many petroglyphs and pictographs all over the world. :) Thanks for posting...hope people will participate and see how their lives change for the better.
