My husband just came into the house from the garden and he was carrying a big bunch of turnips and greens. He asked if there was anything we can do with them. So, Now I am asking you! How do you use your turnip greens?

I was just asking the same question at the farmer's market this week!!! The lady didn't know, just said that people do buy them for the greens. Same thign with the beets. So I have been wondering. Glad you asked this!

I put them in green smoothies. My mother used to cook them all the time, so probably you could marinade them in oil/namu and it'd be good, but I haven't tried it.

They're a little spicy, so try marinading them in a cool, creamy, avocado dressing to cut the spice. I imagine that snowdrop's ranch dressing (do a banana search) would also be fabulous.

The LOLF raw ravioli recipe uses turnips. Good recipe. A bit time-consuming to assemble. I layered the ravioli with the tomato sauce, like lasagna. It got better after a couple of days in the fridge, too.
