Are we allowed to have them? I don't see any peanuts in any of the new raw cookbooks I bought.

PB will be a hard one for me...

I can get raw peanuts at my health food store. I don't personally like raw peanuts.

I tried the jungle peanuts. They are not really peanuts and I don't know how they got that name. They didn't taste like peanuts to me at all. Sort of like something that wanted to be a pecan but failed. I didn't much like em. They weren't nasty. I could eat them, but would never pay the expensive price for them again.

So..the ones in the shell are roasted as well? Hmmmmm... if raw peanuts don't taste 'like peanuts', I will def not like them.

I'll try raw almond butter..

You can get raw ones in the shell. Just look for ones that say raw.

How would it be to put raw peanuts into the dehydrator?

hmm well when it comes to raw peanuts..i've read quite a bit about all the mold in them. I think raw ones have 26 carcinogens or so.. I'm sure i got some of this from Gabriel Cousin's book. He talks about mold in peanuts, corn, cashews, and store-bought mushrooms.. i actually eat none of these now (except for cashews occasionally.. it's hart to let go:( )
