Quesadilla recipe???

So I'm ashamed to even admit this because it was probably one of the worst things for me, but I used to love Taco Bell's quesadillas, and for some reason, I've been craving them lately. None of the recipe books I have seem to have a recipe for quesadillas, so does anyone have one or know where I can find one? Thanks!

Some taco 'bellish' :D Ideas:
Alissa's corn chips covered in raw meat (mushrooms diced and marinated in like chili pepper and mexican seasonings), Alissa's cheddar cheese sauce, tomatoes diced, and raw sour cream. (Nacho Supreme)

Rawvolution has a recipe for a mexican soft taco on page 145.

You could always try rawvolution's onion bread as the shell with the raw meat and cheddar cheese sauce. Put it in the dehydrator to warm it all up.

Just a few ideas. I'm willing to try just about anything once. :p

sometimes you just have to learn to give up certain foods.

i guess you could make a raw tortilla and spread some cheese on it...but it wouldnt be like Taco Bell..

I had always wanted a Taco Bell when I was SAD (I never went to a Taco Bell) but there were none where I lived. Surely enough, like one year after I went raw, they opened one nearby... I guess it's a good thing lol.
