I have a bottle of the Synergy stuff and the date on the cap reads 06/16/08. I've had it in my fridge since February lol. Can I still drink it? Their website says to throw it out once the date expires. But since this is a fermented drink how does it go bad?

I wouldn't worry about it. I eat "expired" fruit and veg on a daily basis, because i buy loads of it reduced (reduced price because it expires on the day I'm buying it).

Expiry dates are only estimates, anyway.
