Hi I just started the raw diet today, im doing it for 30 days (hopefully), and i cant seem to not be hungry or get rid of my meat cravings . My normal diet before today was fairly healthy it was pretty much 60% fruit and veges (i always ate them raw i hate cooked plants) and the rest animal product mostly eggs fish and chicken. Their were days where i would slip and go to wendys or something but not often. Usually if I went fast food it would be subway. Anyways i was just wondering how to get more calories in my diet so im not always hungry and if anyone knows any way i can cut my meat cravings the would be prime. thanx

Green smoothies help with the cravings.
For calories, try eating more fatty foods like nuts, seeds, coconuts, olives, olive oil and avocados. Also, meat cravings are very often cravings for FAT, not protein. So load up on your fatty raw foods and see if that helps.
Excessive hunger/not feeling full is normal during the first few days of being a raw food eater. Soon you will feel very satisfied on just fruits and veggies with small amounts of nuts/seeds.
