Yes, that is truly priceless.
I went to a dietician recently. I was reluctant to go as I just "knew" how she was going to deal with me. But my doc persuaded me that they would work with me even if I have religious restrictions, want to be a vegan, want to eat raw, or whatever. I thought it wouldn't hurt to go once. I brought in a log of all the foods I had eaten for 3 days. She looked it over and was really pleased. She made a couple of suggestions like cutting down on the nuts a bit in my raw soup, and having a little smaller serving. I used to make my green smoothie in the morning with some pineapple juice as a base rather than plain water. She suggested just cutting out the juice. A few things like that. But she was very impressed with the stuff I eat, and asked for specific instructions on how to make a few of the things.
She really impressed me, actually. Then she really did when she said, "Well there's NO doubt that you are getting PLENTY of protein and calcium ...." I had expected that she would be closed-minded and try to get me to add portions of meat etc. Not at all. A surprisingly positive experience.
