Ok...here we go again!

I just started again this morning. I mean really started. :rolleyes: Not just going to eat raw Mon-Fri...or until a few pounds come off, but full fledged...un-breaking...100%...no cutting corners like adding Ezekiel bread or veganaisse. Completely (to the best of my knowledge) 100% raw.

Sorry I needed to state that and become accountable to the only friends I have who eat this way.

I started up my raw food blog again, based on old raw food pics and a Day One posting. :D I should be embarrassed to be starting 100% again, but after eating raw for 8 months straight...in 2006...80% and above for 2007...and completely falling off in 2008...I am so ready to return to my ideal weight, my healthy mindset, right control of my eating habits and setting a proper example for my kids.

So, there is no embarrassment here...just the knowledge that I have done better, I can do it again...and today I begin again!

ShelShel--love your candor and the beautiful pictures on your blog. Looks like pics in a magazine! Riding that fence really hurts! I too am having to "get real" with myself and stop thinking I can live in both worlds. The pounds just pack back on soooo quickly. Good thought...not just a journey but a way of life. Maybe I should rethink my use of the term "journey", as if I'm going to reach some mystical destination. It truly needs to be my way of life. This is serious business. And your pics make it look so inviting. Encouraging to know others struggle and refuse to give up. We'll do this!
