Hi Everyone,

I am re-strating RAW in one week. With the holiday and everything, I am going to detox this week (juice it) and begin NEXT week.

I want to know, what are good purchases to have on hand.

I am starting in 1 week to fast cleanse and while i await my Amazing Grass Superfood packets to come via Vitamin Shoppe.

Anyway, I can not eat much n uts, or my stomach hurts..

in the past i have done this...
Breakfast - juice...now going to try to incorporate the green grass drink instead
Lunch: salad
Din Salad
Treat: some sort of cinamon and fruit or something.

Now I have in the past used garlic chopped in the jar or garlic/onion pwders? Are the Ok?
Also how is the Rawvalation Bars?

If I eat nuts, I tend to bound up :( SO then I take pysllium husk, and it is a horrible cycle...and my body likes to store fat. It seems the more I lose is when i cut my fats...anyone have simialr results?

rawvolution bars are really yummy. expensive though. just have lots of food ready to go. i like to make dips/spreads and have them ready for snacking... pesto is a staple in my house when i'm eating solid foods. also some kind of deserty treat... and lots of fresh fruit and vegetables ready to eat whole if i really need something quick.
