I am interested in fixing my axillary hyperhidrosis through raw food. Has any posters experienced a decrease in sweating all over through dieting?

Yes! I had hyperhidrosis that made my life miserable for years. I used perscription antipersperant and was very close to getting shots. I didn't even think about this when I went raw, but after a month or so of 100% I realized I didn't need the prescription stuff and switched to a natural deoderant. After about 3 months, I quit using it altogather. It's over a year later and I have no body odor at all and only sweat when normal people do (working out, playing in the sun, etc). This alone has changed my life. No more sticking wads of tissue in my arm pits!

Sweating is actually a form of detox. It's not a form of cooling the skin, contrary to popular belief. The skin is designed to remove excess heat on its own by exchanging air with the environment. Sweating means the skin's "breathing" mechanism is clogged.
This is why people sweat when they exercise, it's because the skin requires more oxygen, so it dumps any excess junk to gain it.
The evidence for this is obvious if one has been on an extensive fast or a diet consisting mostly of fruits. The sweating will reduce in both length and volume of fluid.

It was bad. Basically controlled my teenage years. I was so afraid to go on dates, could not wear a sleeveless shirt. I would tape tissue on my armpits to soak it all up. Never wore white, mostly black bc/ it is less noticeable on darker colors. I don't know if this is related to the hyperhidrosis, but when I first went raw, about the 3rd day I was so sick from detox that I couldn't get out of bed, all of a sudden it felt like my armpits opened up a floodgate and the sweat that came out was blueish gray! I was wearing a white tshirt and it stained so badly. (my hubby wanted to take me to the hospital, it was so freaky) Like I said, I'm not sure if it was because of my hyperhidrosis or not, but from there, my problems only got better.

I have hyperhidrosis too, but it is easier to have it now. When it was worse I tried deep breathing. Relaxion exercises are very good.Im happy that it has become better.
I had bromhidrosis before. It is much better now. I tried to avoid meat, spices and sweets. I eat more vegetables, fruits, fish, oliver and nuts. I like to drink tea and sometimes wheatgrass. Hyperhidrosis has become better with this food too. I dont feel too warm anymore.
