Is that bad and will it cause weight gain?

I don't think it's "bad", it sounds good to me, your body needs fats.

Glad to know that it won't.
It makes it real nice and creamy and yummy.
Thanks.

I don't think anything that's stayed below 118*F will or can cause weight gain. I tried for 3 years to find raw foods that cause weight gain like nuts, oils, avocado and tried eating past being full and none of that ever caused me to gain a gram of bodyweight. So if I failed to gain weight when it was my intention, I don't think you need to worry about it.

Also don't forget that raw food is recognized by the body as food and will stop your hunger much more rapidly than the same foods if they were cooked (as they lack the nutrients required to satisfy hunger). What I found matters about weight is not calories, not fat, not carbs, nut the nutrient to calorie ratio. For example most cooked foods will keep all their calories but loose most of their nutrition, this means you'll have to eat a lot more of it to feel full. But with raw food, a small amount will provide the necessary nutrients to satisfy your hunger without overeating.

If you saw in my signature I finally after 3 years raw found how to gain weight on this diet, and that's by lifting weights in the gym, that's the one and only thing in my 3 years raw that allowed me to gain weight. The second I stop lifting weights, I start melting away like a snowman in july, so I'm never stopping ever again.
