I am planning to do enemas on a regular basis for a while to see if that helps. I plan on picking up two 2 quart stainless steel enema buckets and connecting them together to do 4 quarts at one time. Has anyone done anything like this? I like the steel so that nothing leaches into the water. They don't come in bigger sizes.

Wow, that sounds like a lot of water! Do you have experience doing 2 quarts at a time for enemas? What made you pick 4 quarts? Just curious !

Hi Jenna -

after reading Matt's thoughts on needing to do colon hydrotherapy when one is 100%, I began doing lots of research on this. Generally, clean colons can take about 3 quarts of water at a time. I did one last week refilling a 2 quart rubber bag and it wasn't difficult, just incovenient - doing 2 quarts, pulling out the tube, refilling the bag, laying back down (with 2 quarts of water in your intestines), inserting the tube, etc....
