I would like to purchase this. I noticed at Amazon dot com they have many different types. Which one should I be ordering? Also, do you use it on salads, or just take it by teaspoon?
What other suppliments should I be taking. I would like to purchase from Alissa. I suffer from anxiety, depression, fatigue and Im currently taking 10mg of Prozac which my doctor gave me for these symptoms. I want to get off of it and be natural. I'll be 45 on the 14th and im really trying to go all raw and lose 80 lbs. I have her book/DVD, but just want to know what other "things" I should be consuming for maximum benefit and healing
