Ok... so I am sooo far from being a chef... I made my first batch of almond mylk this morning and ended up spilling half of it all over the counter. How do you strain it without making a total mess??!!

I have a soyquick mylk maker. It does the straining for me.

You can use a nut mylk bag or agallon sized paint strainer bag from the hardware store...usually 2/$1.99. A strainer makes a mess to me...

Herehere! The paint strainer from the hardware store. It has an elastic on the edge and fits over the bowl (or pyrex pitcher in my case) perfectly. Rawkinlocs passed on that tip and I am forever grateful.
