What do you do after you've finished the 3 month program?? Do you just start the program over again and do the videos in the same order that you did them the first time? Just wondering, as I'm considering buying the program. Anything else I should know about it? Do you like the program? What are your complaints, if any??
Thank you very much!!

Hi Raw Singer. We have the power 90X and my dh is in the program right now. It is a very difficult program but if you are able to keep with it you will see results. My dh has never had a 6-pack and I see one forming. He is amazed daily by his results.
Tony Horton is an O.k. motivator but he never stops talking. Ever. I believe you can watch it with the commentary off but we are still so new to the program that we need the queing. If you are looking for a program that will get you great results this is it but it is not for the faint of heart. Be ready to put the work in to get the results (just like anything else). Good luck and I hope you find what you are looking for!

when you are done with the initial 3 months, u can do the lean program or doubles program, or do the classic again using the same videos in different ways. it depends on your goals. i love the program- as jsmith said,it's hard work. it's truly worth it. there are also a few more videos that are called p90x+ i believe. these can be added to the p90x series. u would buy those from the website. good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!

No, I'm not doing it yet, Eva. I'm not sure when I'll start the program, but I know I really want to start it. I think I may wait until I'm in better shape. I don't think I'm ready for it, nor do I want to make the three month commitment right now, as my future plans are a little sketchy (as far as where I'm going to be living and such).

I'm with you Eva - even the infomercial is scary to me. It looks very difficult and I am really out of shape. :o

I believe on the website they ask, "Is P90X right for you?" Then they say something like, "P90X is for people who are in fairly good shape............" It's not meant for beginners. I don't know. Someone who's not in good shape might get the hang of it after a week or so (well, not exactly because they keep switching up the workouts, which is the basis of why the program works so well). But someone who's very out of shape might not get through the entirety of the videos. Therefore, they may not get the full benefit but they would still be benefiting. I think one might get more out of the program if he/she had been exercising for a while, was very comfortable with it, and doesn't have a great deal of weight to lose. I have a lot of weight to lose but I would try it now. The only reason I'm not is because I'm not ready to make the 3 month commitment right now, as my living situation is not certain at the moment. But I will definitely do the program eventually. It looks awesome.
LOL! After I said that... maybe I'm becoming less faint of heart every day! I've been running a lot lately, and faster. I think I can call it "running" instead of "jogging" without laughing at myself as I say it!...
So... I'm hoping in the next six months to be ready to step it up and do this. I have a loft in my living room that would make a great pull-up bar. I even tried it out. haha.
And Francesca -- maybe we'll end up ready to do it at the same time?? Are you consciously preparing or just curious??

Hey, good for you for your progress with your running, Eva!! That's awesome! As far as P90X goes, I am conciously preparing (and very curious :)). The two major things that are stopping me right now are my financial situation and uncertainty of where I will be living. Once those two issues are resolved, I will most likely purchase the program. If I don't purchase it immediately, I will definitely purchase it at some point. It looks like one of the most effective programs out there. The science makes sense.
