I am relatively new to this. Is there such a thing as too many nuts??
I sprinkle some on my fruit in the morning, may nibble throughout the day on some....and have some in my salad at dinner.

I was asking the same thing as you (well about fats in genereal), and most people seem to say that nuts are good unless you are going crazy with them. I'm the same as you I like to nibble on them occasionally throughout the day with dried fruit, and put seeds on my salads. I love nuts/seeds and personally haven't noticed any problems since increasing them.

I do think that sitting down and eating a whole bowl or something like that would be a bit much though. I guess listen to yourself and see how it makes you feel (energy, weight, digestion, etc.)

I just had a handful of Brazil nuts with raisins not long ago :)

Do you both have Alissa's book and DVD? She explains this. I personally think when one is transitioning, it's okay. Your body will slow down on the nut consumption. You'll be able to listen to it soon!!!
