Craving for Apple Cider Vinegar

Is there a reason why one would crave this? I have actually awakened in the middle of the night to have some.

I don't have an answer as to why, but that is way cool! ACV is so good for you!!!

I just ordered some Apple Cider Vinegar tablets to take with me on Vacation because.........its a Liquid and you can't travel with it. I thought it would make a nice traveling item. But I can take it or leave it. But as Vegan said..it is VERY Good for you, so IN JOY.

ACV will assist in alkalizing the body and also help with mineral absorption so your cravings may have had something to do with needed more minerals in your bloodstream to buffer acidity. This is just a guess.
