Hoping you can advise me as to a good nutritional tracking software to purchase, one that you can enter your foods and it will give you detailed nutritional info for the day, track your nutrients for you and point out deficiencies, etc...

I don't want to use fitday, I am not enamored with their privacy policy and am tired of invasions on my computer.

Has anyone used any of the nutritional software that's on the market? Any comments or help to get me started on this...

I downloaded the fitday for your desk top. It cost 19.95 but I don't have to be online to use it and there are tons of reports that you don't get with the online version. It even includes anticipated weight loss in several months based on your eating habits and exercise.
