I don't think there's a problem with eating corn raw. My family often eats corn raw, right off the cob, and we've never had a problem.

Make sure it's organic corn though.
Monsanto has turned all conventional corn into a pesticide in itself. I know that sounds alarmist, but all you need to do is google Monsanto corn pesticide and you'll find more links than you can shake a stick at.

The only Danger there is in eating RAW Corn........is FALLING IN LOVE WITH IT. The Young, Sweet, Tender, RAW corn is RAWonderful.

It's next to impossible to find organic corn in Houston. The same for oranges pineapples and watermelon.

Yeah me too...organic corn is like $1 per ear and it's TINY. Guess it's better to go without.

sliced avocado, garden fresh sweet peas, tomatoes and fresh herbs.
Yummy, i use to eat it on the cob but since i had a tooth replaced i can't eat corn on the cob anymore:( but i've gotten use to it.

hey all--
doesnt raw corn (even organic) contain aflatoxins (sp?), the same reason we dont eat raw peanuts? Ive been told this by a number of raw fooders.....would love if it were NOT the case, but.....anyone???
