At about 5:30 into this episode of BBC's Supersize v Superskinny, a lady goes to a masseuse and gets her colon massaged. Then the lady runs to the bathroom and eliminates a huge BM and looses an instant 7 cm around her waistline! Three hours after the massage she "launches a missle the size of Mars" and blocks the toilet. :)

Very possible. Thing is, it's temporary as long as she continues eating the way she does.

I've done lymphatic session where my client hadn't lost any "baby fat" for over a year after the birth of her last child. She lost 3 cup sizes after one session (she was HUGE and her breasts painful previous). It was just toxic matter her body had not released.

Stuff doesn't move unless we to what it takes to move it.

I wonder if we can do our own massages??? Is there a way to do it or can we get someone at home to do it for us... Makes me wonder if I could find a book or something on how to do it myself at home..

It's not exactly the same I'm sure -- but before I was raw I would frequently have stomach pains and trapped gas. My wonderfully patient husband would massage my stomach (I think clockwise) and do this funny thing where he would push my knees into my stomach like a bicycling sort of exercise.

Worked like a charm.

I have successfully massaged my stomach in a similar way with success, but it's just not necessary if I'm eating raw food all the time.

yeah i to this all the time to help things go along, i got a couple colonics last year and she showed me how. it works well, but being 100% raw works best in my experience. just start at your lower left (ovary area?) part of your abdomen and work all the way up to your upper then over to your right upper and down again. also putting your feet up on a box or something works, it also works better if i lay on the hard floor as opposed to a soft couch or bed.

oh! she also HIGHLY recommended a medicine ball and to kind of balance it on the edge of the couch while kneeling and smoosh into tummy, way better than a back massager. i haven't tried it yet, but it makes sense. i push down pretty hard too, but not too hard.

Look at the vid and do what's done there. Come up with your own moves. That's how massage got started. Someone started doing it.

That's good if you want to stop the flow. If you want to get it going, start at the lower right near where you appendix would be, come up the ascending colon, to the rib cage and transverse colon, go left, then down the descending colon down to the sigmoid (groin).

Have fun!

I guess a tennis ball would work? I'll try it out tomorrow.

I have some gas and a movement, love it, can't stop doing it.
I'm going to try to get my hubby to help me with it, the pressing and rolling part:)
He'll love that:D
Thanks for posting the link to the video.
