Should I Have done a colon cleanse, liver cleanse etc before going raw.

Okay , firstly, what type of cleanses are there ?

And what ones should a person do and in what order ??

Theres colon cleanse, liver/gallbladder cleanse, but Im not entirely sure.

Ive seen a product called oxcygen, this might help .

Anyone have any comments on this ?

Hopefully it's too late now. Are you eating raw now?

If not, start; if so and you feel you need more cleansing, get a colonic ~ or two or three. Eating raw in and of itself is cleansing yet, sometimes you need a little help from a friend.

According to the Cure Zone, before you do a liver cleanse you need to do a parasite cleanse. Have you done that yet?

No, but Ive been eating coconut oil, 40ml a day. Isnt that enough to kill them off ?? Or not ?
