Anyone know of can review this machine?

here is the spiel :

Breville BL27 Café Series Commercial Blender £99.99

Full 12 month manufacturers warranty

Heavy-duty 1000 watt motor enables blade speed to reach up to 22,000 revolutions per minute (RPM) delivering the power to uniformly chop small or large quantities of ingredients

--

I want something that can liquify smoothie ingredients, after a HP..however spending a months rent isnt an option right now. So something in the £100-£200 price range is more achievable than the £300-£600(blendtech + vitamix) end of the scale

Any reviews or ideas on the power would be fabulous

I know I would use it 4-6 times a day and my juicer could get a rest!!

Thank you!!!

Hey, try directly from the manufacturer for the blenders. Both Blendtec and Vitamix offer affiliate prices. You can get one a lot more cheaply.

Other than that, my partner and I got the one we use at Argos for £80.00. It works pretty well. MY smoothies get fairly smooth.

Yeah I have a half decent blender right now, but wanted something GREAT for juicing..

Vitamix direct cheapest was £320, which would still be a few months wait..may have to just be patient

I have the Breville BBL660XL and it's great. However in about a year the blade needed to be replaced twice (both free under warranty). But this latest blade they sent is redesigned and apparently doesn't have the premature failure problem the old model blade had.

How will you be using a blender for juicing? Will you put the fruits/veggies and then strain in a nut milk bag? It would probably need a bit of added water, even the vitamix needs a tamper to be able to do that as it's too thick.

Hi! I bought one of these Breville BL27 machines a few months ago. It does everything that the Vitamix does, the motor is powerful, it is sturdy on its cast metal base, has a big jug similar to the V'mix with a pusher and a rubber lid and sits on rubber base. I thoroughly recommend it. I use a Vitamix at my ashram and my machine compares very favourably with it. It will make green smoothies out of anything including kale leaves and stalks, whole apples, nuts etc. I bought mine for £99 but saw them a little lat er for £60. I cannot find any for sale at the moment on the net. I advise you to buy it if you can find one, you will not regret it. one thing, when I first got it I thought it was faulty as the dial for speed did not seem to work, but it was just that I had to pull the dial out a little - DUH! Hope you enjoy your purchase as much as I have mine.
