This is a sweetened rice milk drink with cinnamon, does anyone know of a raw version?!! I has always been one of my fave things to drink.

2 cups sprouting brown rice
3 cups pure water (or young coconut water)
1 1/4 cups soaked and blanched almonds
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp lime zest
1/4 cup honey
additional water to taste
Soak rice overnight, rinse and drain. Add rice, water, almonds, cinnamon, honey and lime zest to blender and mix well. Strain and serve cold with twist of lime.

could you please tell us is there such a thing as sprouting brown rice or just plain brown rice?

I love anything spicy/chai tasting..
I would go with hemp seed
personally would do a spoon of hemp butter, water, cinammon and agave to taste -- top with some grated ginger..mmm :o

Not sure. I was just passing along the recipe I had, but I haven't tried it.

Not to be a grain promoter- I'm not, but I wanted a rice milk once, and I just vita-mixed 1/2 cup brown rice with 1 to 1/2 c water and 1 tbsp agave (then strained it...)- it was FANTASTIC.
