MSM Questions

Just a few questions for those of you who take msm.
What, if any, benefits have you noticed from taking msm?
What is the best way to take msm?
Do you know of a good place to buy msm, or a good company to look for?

msm is supposed to be really good for your connective tissue... helping with anti aging and flexability.... also then obviously with strong hair and nails and it's supposed to have amazing benifits to clear your skin... although.... i've taken a fair amount over the past few years.... and the only real benifit i've totally noticed is that it's helps with muscle soreness the day after a hard work out.... so if i'm push myself hard i know that if i take a handful of msm that night i'll feel loads better the next day...

i've always just gotten mine from oneluckyduck.com or rawfood.com.... both carry the the same brand i think.... buying the kind at the health food store that's super cheap feels icky in my body... and the taste is crazy different... i'm pretty sure when they proccess it it's heated... but for sure david wolfe and sarmas sights are pure raw msm....
