I am making myself an herb garden to last over the winter. I will keep in in the kitchen so I can have fresh "green" food. So far I am putting in basil, cutting celery, parsley, chives and organo. Any other suggestions? I am fairly new at this, so I was hoping that you more experienced "raw fooders" could give me an idea of the herbs you use the most.
Thankyou

I didn't have much luck growing herbs indoors. Mainly cilantro, parsley and chives were the ones that worked. My window tends to get too hot during the summer and too cold in the winter. But celery? Is that an herb? I thought it was a vegetable. And I think it gets quite large. Not sure you can grow that indoors.

rosemary and thyme
I use cilantro, basil, and parsley more than any. Other great herbs are rosemary, dill, mint, oregano, chives.
