Sun burnt lip!

I was camping on the beach this week and i got a lot of sun! my lips got sunburnt and two days later i had a blister (like a cold sore) on my bottom lip. It hurts really bad and it's gross looking:eek: haha. I've tried aloe, it didn't do much.
I was wondering if anyone has had this happen before and what did you do to heal it? My friend suggested comfrey. Anything else i should try? there's gotta be some herbalists on this board:D

Coconut butter will help it too. Also up your water...it should heal pretty quickly...

I use aloe on burns. It's very soothing. Comfrey is great for healing, too.

I am dealing with a sun burn induced cold sore now too...I was told Lemon balm is great for healing them.
