"Pretty" Avocado, Tomato, Onion recipe

I found this and thought it could be adapted to RAW. I thought it looked pretty and would be nice to take to a picnic or potluck. The addition of pesto is interesting!

That IS a pretty recipe. Finely ground nuts could replace the cheese on top.

All raw food dishes are pretty I think. Nature's colors. Love 'em!!!
