Cafe Gratitude "I am Festive" Raw Taco Salad

OMG this is one of the best things I have ever had at this restaurant. Would anyone out there be kind enough to give the recipe if they happen to own the book? Otherwise I will have to buy it just for this one dish!!

Their Pad Thai and Lasagna are also very good!

I love the taco salad too. I have the book and the recipe is not in it. I was so disappointed.
