Hi

Some 'dumb' questions...

1) is all bran cereal allowed? it is something always in the house...I know rolled oats are but ALl Bran and or Fiber 1 cereal?

2) Psyllium Husk powder, i have been blenndnig in my smoothies, but not sure it is 'raw'?

3) canned spinach, says salt water and spinach...have been penny pinching, as I am between jobs. Is this allowed?
