I tried this and thought someone else might like it too. I am new at making anything "to taste", so you may want to make adjustments.
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar (not sure about vinegars & raw yet, sorry)
3 garlic cloves, minced
sea salt and some pepper "to taste"
I used between 3-5 portobellos cut in thick "french fry" shapes
Marinate them in a ziplock bag for 12 hours or overnight - whatever you feel is best. (you may be far more experienced with this than I am)
Dehydrate them for about 6 hours, but depending on the amount of marinade to the amount of 'shrooms, you may want to check them. The first time I did these, I used less mushrooms and thus had more marinade and they took longer in the dehydrator. I love them. If anyone tweaks these and likes them, I'd love to hear what you did.:D I just checked Alissa's recipe and it looks worth trying - it is likely better, but maybe some of you will like this too. We'll compare notes eh?
