Hello,
I am new here my name is Marsha I have been raw since September 2007. I detoxed then went raw you see I have/had Rhuematoid Arthritis, bad allergies and asthma. I was on 9 medications a day and in pain in 75% of my body I am 49 years old this is suppose to be the easy part of my life. I did not know how to define myself I was a runner and before that a bodybuilder, now I am a cripple having to use a cane and a wheel chair at times. I got tired of letting the RA rule my life so I started searching for a different directions found a detox which lead me to raw which changed my life!!
I have had rough times that I lost focus but as soon as I do that my pain comes back. So I detoxed again read Alissa Cohen's book and knew I found a friend that understood.
I just ordered a juicer which I am really excited about I have to jump into sprouting now that is one I have yet to tackle. I turn 50 in six months and I feel better than I have ever felt I see the rest of my life as a wonderful adventure.
I look forward to learning and sharing here.
