Thought it was hamstring injured behind knee, but a body builder at gym last night said where I posted and described sounds like tendon torn, pulled or whatever. It's been about 2 months now. No doctor, but chiro 1x and he said "hamstring." Key: baby it nicely.
Any injury websites to look at for sports injuries and suggestions on what to do? I am still doing deep tissue but maybe that area should not be. Thoughts about deep tissue? Thanks.

I have a couple of suggestions which have worked for me to heal injuries.
One: paint the area once or twice a day with colorless iodine (ask your pharm to get it if they don't have it, it's very inexpensive, so buy a buncha bottles).
Two: Sit in a Far InfraRed Sauna. If you have access to one, great. I bought a portable FIR Sauna on eBay for $199. It has many health benefits besides faster healing.
Three: Eat as alkaline a diet as possible--this will reduce inflamation and promote healing.

Jan,
Im familiar with the beds as used to use them daily when I drove to the shop where they allow their use for min. $.
Why iodine?
