Hey... I have been lurking about here for a few weeks. And now after this time and much longer investigating I am thrilled with how my whole being feels. This has definately brought me further down my healing path. I am having so much fun.
I was a vegan for many years in my teens and like many was very unhealthy. In college I gave it up and whirled into my own personal dark times. After having my first son I wanted to be healthy and for some reason my passion for healing just kicked in... So I guess this whole RAW thing has been comin on for some time!!! Now I have 3 sons and I am more than ready to feel truly alive again and at my best. This way of eating and thinking about food fits with the rest of my life.
It just makes sense to put the things into my body with the highest life force or living energy. I feel like my being is moving to a higher place of dwelling even within my own body. And as I release the weight too... I feel so much lighter in so many ways. It feels good... so amazingly good... And this just feels right.
I have already been so encouraged by all the people here and astounded at the goodness that lives here and in all of you.
So thanks already...
and I am excited about my journey here....
