I just found out about a great retreat by Union City, Michigan that I thought you would like to know about. I have lived in the Kalamazoo area all of my life and my wife's parents live in Coldwater, yet I had never known it existed. Someone sent me an e-mail yesterday that mentioned it and I thought you would be as excited about it as I am. It is one of Ann Wigmore's Creative Health Institutes also called the 'wheatgrass palace'. You can get lots of info on it by going to http://www.CreativeHealthInstitute.com
In case any of you have already been there I would love to hear your thoughts on it.

I've been there. They serve fantastic lunches! Very yummy! And it is all raw!
I hope to get back there some day. Too bad I live so far away, though I do live in Michigan.
We had a hard time finding the place at first. Make absolutely sure you get good directions!

i've been to CHI loads of times and i really enjoy it. the sunday lunch is free and you don't have to sign up-just show up!
it can be difficult to find cos it's in the country, but if you have trouble, just ask someone in town for directions.

Deberaw: Good to know there are fellow rawbies in the Zoo.
MrGreenJeans: My boss lives close by and gave me directions. Thanks.
Earth Sista: Did I read that correctly. It's FREE?!? I understood it was a buffet. What kinds of dishes do they offer?
lytlsprout: I would love to hear about it.

One of these Sundays I will go and check it out and let you all know how it was. I will also see if they will let me take and post pics of the facilities and food.
