I don't know if other HFSs do this or if it's just the one here, but ours has reduced produce when it's been bumped or bruised. We got 20 organic peaches yesterday!
I put 4 in the blender with about two tablespoons of coconut oil, a bit of agave, and 2 dashes cinnamon. Blended that and then poured it into 2 bowls. Then made the crumb topping in the food processor by pulsing about 1/3 or 1/2 cup walnuts (didn't measure, sorry) with a dash of cinnamon and a drop of vanilla. Sprinkled this on top and voila, peach crumble that my SAD partner loved and my daughter ate equally enthusiastically.

some homemade cashew cream:D it's adds the topping to it.
But either way is good, yummy too if you sprinkle a few poppy seeds on top.
