It's Coconut Keifer fermented with Kola Nut, check it out:

So you get the carbonation from the keifer, the caffiene from the kola nut & of course the name! :cool:

I am playing around with flavors now like Vanilla Kola & Cocoa Kola & Cherry Koke & Ginseng Kola! ;)

I get my kola nut from sunfood.com, it's a powder. You can also get it at Mountain Rose Herbs. I used a big tbsp in a gallon of keifer.

The keifer is made from a bunch of coconut water that has been fermented overnight (or till its ready) in your cabinet with keifer starter. I actually buy a cup of Coconut Keifer at Go Raw Cafe and use that as the starter. I drain & strain a gallons worth of coconuts in the evening and by morning its all cloudy white & fizzy! Or brown if you use the kola nut & stir it a little :)

Coconut Keifer is a great way to get more probiotics for your money!
