I have millions of raw nori sheets to use and not sell. I am thinking zucch. pasta with marinara and other sliced veggies to call "nori" rolls. I don't want to eat the nuts this way so asking for your recipes without nuts/pates or suggestions. I could go salsa on top of the zucch. too.

Thanks.

A nice combo is carrots, cukes and avocado. There is also a recipe, I believe in alissas book, that uses apples. Sometimes I just chew on a couple pieces of nori straight out of the package.

I like the carrots, cukes, and avocado combo, too. I mash the avocado and spread it on the nori sheet and put grated carrots and cucumbers cut into strips on that and roll it up. Sometimes I add alfalfa sprouts, too. Yummy!

Sliced tomatoes are my fav, if you have thrown away your salt shaker and adjusted to low salt, this tastes really salty.

My favorite is avocado strips, sprouts, nutritional yeast, and sea salt or braggs.

Alissa's mock salmon pate is also fantastic in lieu of avocado.

I make carrot "rice"!

Throw a couple of carrots in the food processor and grind up until in very small pieces. Add water, rice vinegar and agave to taste. Mix until blended. Spread mixture on flat plate and put into dehydrator until warmed and softened. Use just like rice in your nori rolls!

This recipe is from Ani Phyo's website. It is delicious!!! I add just a dash of nama shoyu to the pate recipe.

Almond Ginger Pate

1 Tablespoon ginger
1 clove garlic
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 cup almonds, dry
1 lemon’s juice
1/4 cup filtered water

Blend in food processor

Nori Rolls

2 sheets nori (raw)
1 batch Ginger Almond Pate
2 cups spinach
1/2 carrot, cut lengthwise
1 cup mung bean sprouts

Thanks all. Lots of great ideas I can use to start gobbling down the raw nori sheets that I have for years around here. No kidding. I suppose the moral of this forum is "ask and ANSWERS will come forth."
