cacao nibs?

I bought a bag of them and don't really know what to do with them now. I have a Vitamix type blender but do not have a coffee grinder as I broke mine.

what do you do with your cacao nibs? I have tried eating them plain and don't really like them like that.

anything you like to have choc. in!

I can't get them ground smooth enough in my vitamix unless I first soak them overnight.
They are especially good in a banana, cacao, avocado pudding.

I guess I didn't pose the question correctly.. how do you prepare the cacao nibs besides eating them straight out of the bag? like I said, I don't really like them just out of the bag .. I guess I feel like they aren't sweet enough like that!
