I think most people are able to keep up their regular schedule of exercise....I just always need to remain close to a bathroom the first few days-until my body gets a new restroom schedule. Yes there is a book-and you can purchase it through his web site therawfoodsite.com

When I cleanse, there are some days that I have tons of energy and can exercise just as much as normal, but there are other days that I am sapped and can't even think about exercising. It's all part of detoxing.

Just be kind and responsive to your body. If you're energetic then by all means, exercise. But if you're not don't push it. It's too easy to get tired and discouraged if you try to force yourself.
