Anyone out there have a great salsa recipe?? And while we're at it how about a great corn chip recipe :D

Tomatoes, garlic, onion, and a chili or two, throw it into a food processor to desired consistancey.

My fave...Mango, pineapple, garlic, onion and a chili.. I love the sweet spicy mix!

Raw drop's recipe is right on. I recommend adding a tomatillos in equal ratio to the tomatoes, if you can find some nice tomatillos. They look like green tomatoes in a papery shell. Adding a little oil and vinegar to your salsa will make it last longer.
