Going to a raw restaurant in Toronto tomorrow!

I know this sounds silly but I'm so excited to go to a raw restaurant in Toronto tomorrow..I had to share my joy with the anticipation of a gourmet raw meal! Keep in mind I have prepared nothing gourmet since I began my raw journey...yet!

I went to a different raw restaurant in Toronto a few weeks ago and was BLOWN AWAY by the amazing experience of eating beautiful raw gourmet dishes.

I had living pizza with sunflower sprouts, a type of nut cheese, the works..then a bowl of delicious yam soup and finally one of those banana crepes with a fantastic sauce on it and little blueberries on the side. I tell you, I was in tastebud heaven! I'll give you the report tomorrow when I return! :D

It does not sound silly to me, to be excited about going to a raw food restaurant! I get excited with that idea all the time.

I'm going to Live Health Café on Dupont and Spadina. I think it's been around longer than Supersprouts...it will be nice to compare...Supersprouts is amazing too. i'll try to take pictures!

Hi Mina,

I have been to two restaurants in Toronto...Super Sprouts cafe, called Remedy and also Live Food Cafe. Here is a link that has all of the addresses and pertinent info. I had raw pizza both times...excellent...also raw bruschetta at Live Food Cafe and some little raw sushis and some paté which was divine..plus some cocoa truffles rolled in coconut...amazing! I'd recommend either place. Plus amazing fruit roll up with some fantastic sauce on top at Remedy. Can't wait for that again! They have raw workshops and sprouting classes too!
