If you're looking for a substitution for almond milk, I present wheat milk. It is raw, low fat, naturally sweet and yummy. Just soak 3/4 cup organic whole wheat berries and sprout them for a few days. Then blend the sprouted wheat with 4 cups of water. Strain through a nut milk bag. Yum :p .

What a great idea! That would be sooooo much cheaper than nut mylks!! I just have to find some wheat berries! Seems like they are hard to find in England!
