Peruvian Dried Olives

Hey everyone!

I have a bag of the Peruvian Dried Olives from the fresh network, but Im too scared to try them - they smell alcoholic, and my dad, who likes pretty much everything that I like said he didnt like them!

What can I do to them to make them nice?

I was thinking about marinading them in oil and spices etc with sundried tomatoes, but does anyone have any recipes for suitable marinades?

hi there. i've had a jar sitting at my house for months now because i'm too afraid to open them again. i tried them abotu two years ago and the only people i knew who liked them were very very raw. and they LOVED them. i didn't because my diet was still high in sugar and i was not balanced. i think it's one of those things where when your taste buds change you tend to like them. . . so befre you marinate them, at least try one to see what you think. . . you never know, you could be one of those people that love them
