Need granola or simple bread / cracker recipes

I'm finally getting the excalibur YAY!!! I'm picking it up tomorrow and want to try out some recipes. I'm really looking for things that are cracker or bread types and some granola types. I have some ideas in my head but since I've never actually dehydrated anything then I want your recipes first.
