I made this about a month ago and WOW was it good. I actually thought it would be fun to blend the blueberries in instead of just stirring them, so the cheesecake was this magnificent purple/blue color that looked like it came straight out of Willy Wonka Land. It was awesome!
Anyway, this was fab, but I am hoping to make a strawberry cheesecake for the wedding in just 11 days...anyone ever subbed strawberries in for the blueberries here? I'm assuming it will be great but just want to make sure.
I'd planned on making the White Chocolate-Strawberry Cheesecake recipe that I've seen on another site and tried it over the weekend...it was disappointing.
Thanks!

Did google and found this recipe. This may be the recipe, but not sure. Regardless, can never replace Alissa, but can always add to the recipe collection.

Raene, thanks for sharing your great experience too. I can't make this wonderful stuff as I have an uncontrolled appetite when it comes to this type of food. I don't even made any treats. My grandbaby is coming next month so may give her a few teasers to get my daughter motivated. I am going to call one "drink" not dessert Popeye's Smoothie and it'll be a green drink.

Carol,
Thanks for posting this. Yes, this is actually the one I tried that was VERY disappointing :(
Congrats on the upcoming grandbaby.
I understand what you mean. I can't make desserts like this often b/c I too can't stop and I'll eat the whole thing. I'm underweight so it may seem okay to do this, but the nuts knock me out and the chocolate in the above recipe made me severely depressed! Bad combo. Have to stick to smoothies and fruit for sweet treats.

I have used Allissa's cheese cake recipe for the base of many cheese cake/fruit and sometimes cocoa combos... always lovely and always eaten up very fast!
