How much should one use when juicing these to get a single shot? Also, places that sell wheatgrass online, offer, cut or in soil? If its pre cut does it lose some of its power?

First, it will be dehydrated, depending on how long it took to get to you and how hot it was in between. If they pack it in some kind of cold package, the amount of postage might equal what you pay for the plants in soil.

I seem to need half a big tray to get a decent shot. It is so very easy to grow, though! All you need is organic soil, trays for $1 at Home depot, and organic hard wheat $1/lb. Easy directions free online. I wish I could sell the stuff here but not a lot of TN people interested :-)
